Acute myeloid leukemia with azurophilic granulation and nuclei tending to bilobularity. Morphologically, an APL may be considered. Molecularly positive for FLT3-TKD, FLT3-ITD, NPM1 and WT1 mutations. In the bone marrow 75% blasts were found.
