A chronic lymphocytic leukemia with leukocytes and 97% large, monotonic lymphocytes with a mature nuclear structure. There are almost no other leukocytes present. This patient had normal hemoglobin and thrombocyte levels. Except for night sweats, this patient had no further complaints and active treatment was not yet necessary.
