CLL - Slide 9
A chronic lymphatic leukemia with a leukocyte count of
110⋅109/L
and lymphocytes with an unusual, flower-shaped nucleus. Although primarily associated with ATLL, this abnormal form can also occur in CLL and malignant forms of plasmacytosis (such as multiple myeloma). The immunophenotype of this specimen is classic for a CLL. No mutations were detectable.
