Acute B-cell leukemia that, morphologically, gives the impression of a large B-cell lymphoma, but turns out to be a B-ALL immunophenotypically. In the peripheral blood, only leukocytes are counted, from which 15% are blasts. In the bone marrow, 90% blasts where seen.
