T-ALL - Slide 3
An acute leukemia with 70% blasts showing T-lymphocytic markers. The blasts are fairly small and, similar to reactive lymphocytes, allow themselves to be squeezed between erythrocytes. However, the important difference is the relatively large nucleus with irregular shape and fine chromatin pattern.
