B-ALL - Slide 5
This bloodsmear shows a very peculiar B-ALL; the bulk of the blasts contain eosinophilic inclusions of varying size and density. This abnormality is best described as pseudo-chediak higashi, which is mainly seen in acute leukemias of myeloid origin. Flowcytometric assessment demonstrated presence of B-cell markers.
