This slide shows a chronic lymphatic leukemia with "blebbing"; small round protrusions of the cytoplasm. Although it is often assumed that this morphology is primarily associated with T-cells, immunophenotyping shows that this is a monoclonal B-cell population. The flow cytometry results are not classic for a CLL, but most fitting nevertheless. The leukocyte count was
