T-PLL - Slide 1
Prolymphocytic Leukaemias (PLL) are rare forms of leukaemia which involve the proliferation of immature T-lymphocytes. In this case, the proliferation manifested itself as a leukocytosis of
400⋅109/L
with many smudged cells. The morphology is classic for prolymphocytes; a relatively large cell with a very prominent nucleolus.
