Plasma cell
Plasma cells are fully mature and specialized B lymphocytes that produce antibodies. They are found mainly in the spleen, lymph nodes and bone marrow and are seen only sporadically in peripheral blood. Morphologically, plasma cells have a round nucleus with a coarse chromatin pattern and (usually) a fanned cytoplasm with white brightening (perinuclear court).
